A leading PLC organisation is looking to recruit a bright, ambitious recent Graduate Data Analyst to join its growing analytics and insight team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong numerical or analytical degree who is looking to build a long-term career within Data Analytics,

The Role

As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will work closely with the wider analytics team to deliver meaningful business insight and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing analysis, reporting and commercial insight for senior stakeholders
• Identifying trends, patterns and opportunities within large data sets
• Supporting forecasting, modelling and performance analysis
• Building reports and dashboards to support operational and commercial decisions
• Using analytical thinking to improve processes and business performance
• Supporting continuous improvement projects across the organisation
• Working collaboratively with operational and commercial teams

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum 2:1 degree within a numerical or analytical subject such as Maths, Economics, Physics, Data Science, Computer Science or similar
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
• Genuine interest in Data Analytics, BI or Commercial Analysis

Desirable Skills

• SQL
• Python
• Power BI
• Data visualisation or reporting experience
