The Opportunity

Based at their Head Office you'll be a key player in the financial analysis team, driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This isn't just number-crunching – you'll be a trusted business partner, working directly with operational teams and divisional directors to unlock opportunities and deliver real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive Performance: Conduct monthly performance reviews, analyse variances against budget, and identify trends that matter
• Be a Business Partner: Work closely with operational teams to translate financial insights into actionable improvements
• Shape Investment Decisions: Lead investment appraisals and evaluate post-investment performance
• Influence Strategy: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans
• Tell the Story: Prepare and present compelling financial reports that communicate performance clearly
• Ensure Excellence: Partner with IT to maintain data integrity across reporting systems
• Make an Impact: Take on ad-hoc projects that challenge and develop your skills

What They're Looking For

• Graduate-level education with strong academic credentials
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA)
• Confident communicator who can translate complex financial data for non-finance audiences
• Advanced IT skills with analytical flair
• Self-starter who thrives under pressure and delivers to tight deadlines
• Problem-solver with a practical, down-to-earth approach
