We are exclusively partnered with a leading business in Warwickshire who are seeking a Graduate Data Scientist to join their team; driving innovation and enhancing their operational performance through advanced data science techniques.

This role would suit someone with a strong academic background who may have completed an internship/placement year within a similar field.

Role Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing data-driven models that support decision-making processes across various departments.
• Designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses
• Analysing large datasets to uncover insights
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.

What we’re looking for from you:

• Statistical Expertise: Strong foundation in statistical methods and their practical applications.
• Programming Proficiency: Advanced coding skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data gathering, analysis, and modelling.
• Data Handling: Experience with large datasets, data wrangling, and data visualisation tools.
• Machine Learning: Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new challenges
