We’re working with a forward-thinking and growing business looking to appoint a Part-Qualified Management Accountant who wants more than just a transactional role. This is an opportunity to get stuck into meaningful financial analysis, influence decision-making, and develop into a fully-fledged Management Accountant.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the production of monthly management accounts
• Analysing financial performance and providing actionable insights
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Partnering with operational teams to improve financial understanding
• Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Supporting continuous improvement in processes and systems

What we’re looking for:

• Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator who can engage with non-finance stakeholders
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
