We’re working with a forward-thinking and growing business looking to appoint a Part-Qualified Management Accountant who wants more than just a transactional role. This is an opportunity to get stuck into meaningful financial analysis, influence decision-making, and develop into a fully-fledged Management Accountant.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the production of monthly management accounts
- Analysing financial performance and providing actionable insights
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Partnering with operational teams to improve financial understanding
- Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Supporting continuous improvement in processes and systems
What we’re looking for:
- Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can engage with non-finance stakeholders
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous
