Finance Manager

Location: Blackpool (Excellent M55 commuter links)

We’re excited to be partnering with a growing and ambitious business in Blackpool to recruit an experienced Finance Manager for a newly created position. Continued year-on-year growth has created the need for additional senior finance support, making this a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you can genuinely make an impact.

Reporting directly to a highly experienced and supportive Finance Director, this role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, commercial decision-making, and the chance to help shape the finance function as the business continues to scale.

The Role

As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the finance function, ensuring robust financial control while supporting the wider business with insight and analysis. Responsibilities will include:

• Management of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Supporting commercial decision-making with meaningful financial insight
• Improving processes, controls, and reporting as the business grows
• Assisting with year-end accounts and audit preparation
• Working closely with the Finance Director on strategic and operational projects

About You

This role will suit a proactive and ambitious finance professional who is ready for their next challenge. You will ideally be:

• CIMA or ACCA studying (or equivalent)
• Experienced in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
• Confident producing and explaining management accounts
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment
