Are you a recent graduate with a passion for data and problem solving? We are looking for two Graduate Data Analysts to join a growing operations team in Market Bosworth. These are demanding, business-critical roles where you’ll make a real impact from day one, helping to shape how data drives performance across their organisation. The process are in place, your role will be to develop system- based solutions with visual management to support the business.

About the Role

You’ll play a key part in supporting operational planning and driving efficiencies across our production processes. Each role will focus on a major customer account, you’ll work to ensure consistent, data-driven approaches across the business.

Working alongside the Operations Management & Planning team, IT, and wider departments, you’ll analyse, interpret, and present data to deliver effective solutions that improve on-time delivery and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse customer schedules and orders.
• Map materials and components through production and subcontract stages.
• Develop “work-to” lists to support operational planning.
• Support timely completion of production and subcontract activities.
• Create system-based and visual management solutions to optimise processes.
• Contribute to on-time delivery of components to customers.

About You

• A recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or above in Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a genuine interest in working with data.
• Excellent communication and collaborating skills
• Confident using Excel, with knowledge of Power BI desirable.
• Able to work on site in Market Bosworth (must live within a 25-mile radius and have own transport).
