The job

• Build trusted relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Analyse and manipulate large volumes of data using Excel.
• Turn complex data and regulations into clear actionable insights.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify practical solutions that help customers make smarter, more sustainable decisions.

About you

• Friendly, confident and comfortable building strong customer relationships.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills, with experience working with large datasets.
• An excellent communicator who can make complex information easy to understand.
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines.
• Curious, collaborative, proactive and motivated to find solutions.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a full UK driving licence.
